WinGAP is the computer assisted mass appraisal (CAMA) application that is
used by a majority of the local Tax Assessors Offices throughout the state to
generate property values and provide data for the creation of the property tax
digest each year. The first installation of WinGAP was in Hall County in
September, 2001. Since that time, 130 other counties have converted their
automated appraisal functions to WinGAP. A complete listing of all counties and

WinGAP is written in Computer Associates
Visual Objects version 2.8 (2822). Gap Group Inc, has negotiated contracts with ABOS and NADA and provides automated pricing using those valuation guides.
