<p style="font-weight: 400">Appling County is seeking input from other counties that are dealing with these over night popup Bitcoin mining facilities in their county. Any information you can lend will be greatly appreciated. The individuals that are onsite, none speak English. I have no information as to where we are to send Personal Property Returns to be completed. I have spoken on phone with a few counties and from what I am gathering the personal property is around $65 Million addition to Digest. Thanks in advance for any and all information.</p>

<p>From a technology perspective, if we had email addresses or cell phone numbers we could build a tool that delivers electronic notifcation via text messages or emails. Another thing, your office could create a social media account, invite your citizens to follow that account and you could make a simple twiter/instagram/facebook post on the daily to alert citizens where the visits will be occurring. There are lots of options.</p>]]></content:encoded>
