Course IIA: Income Approach to Value

Course IIA is a five-day course that provides detailed instruction on methods and techniques for valuing income-producing properties. The course will include instruction in phases of income property valuation, from income and expense statement analysis to the basic methods of capitalization and their application. This course does NOT provide GREAB credit.

Prerequisites: Course I, Course IA.
