2024 WinGAP Conference

The 2024 WinGAP Conference will be held October 2 through 4.

Two 20-hour CE courses will be offered Wednesday through Friday: Basic Data Entry with Blair McLinn, and Cost Approach with Grant Hilton.

Breakout Sessions will also be offered each day.

2023 WinGAP Registration

We have upgraded our registration technology, so please read all directions carefully! Make sure to complete all three sections.

  • Class registration: choose option 1, 2, or 3

For class option 1 or 2, you will want to stay three nights, checking in Tuesday, October 3, and checking out Friday, October 6.

Hotel Reservations

The Marriott Savannah is located on the Historic Riverfront and connected to world-famous River Street via the Riverwalk. River Street offers over 68 unique shops, taverns, and restaurants. The Savannah Riverfront is within easy walking distance of the Historic District where guests can enjoy the beautiful squares, historic house museums, art galleries and antique shops. 

The Marriott currently has rooms available for the conference from Tuesday, October 3, through Friday, October 6, at a rate of $184 per night plus additional taxes and fees: 15% taxes, $5 state fee, $1 city fee, and $18 per night for parking. 


Most attendees will need to make reservations to check in Tuesday, October 3, and check out Friday, October 6For those attending Thursday and Friday classes, make plans to check in Wednesday, October 4, and check out Friday, October 5.
Deadline for conference rate at the Savannah Marriott Riverfront Hotel is September 1, 2023. After September 1, riverfront rooms will cost $30 more per night as available.
