Course V: Cost Approach to Value

This five-day, 40-hour course is designed to familiarize the appraiser with the usage and maintenance of a Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal Model. Participants learn the fundamentals of the cost approach: classifying, grading, depreciating, and valuing property.
